Rules & Regulations

· Tuition is due and payable to Dance South at first class of each month.

· A $20 late fee will be charged for payments made after the 10th of each month.

· Any account not paid in full at the end of each month will incur a 12% interest fee until paid.

· A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.

· Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of holidays, extra classes, or classes missed due to inclement weather, sickness, etc.

· No refunds will be made from unattended classes. Missed classes may be made up in another corresponding class. Parent should check on their child's class page to find the appropriate make-up class.

· The school is under no obligation to provide makeup classes for absences that are not the fault of the school, such as inclement weather.

· Please deliver and pick up your child within a 10 minute tolerance before and after class. Please help me by emphasizing to your child that he/she needs to wait inside the studio until their ride arrives. I cannot be responsible for children before/after their class time due to having to begin the next class promptly.
